Zeyro is the new name for the merger between The Funds Collective and Englebert. Together, they provide expert consultancy and services to businesses navigating the complexities of financial promotions, compliance, and marketing. Merging two companies is more than combining services: it’s merging cultures, voices, and reputations. Englebert had established itself as a trusted name in financial promotions approval in the crypto market, while The Funds Collective was recognised for its support in helping overseas financial institutes enter into the UK. Both had strong identities, but together they needed one voice that felt clear, credible, and future-focused.

We began with a discovery process to understand how each brand communicated and where the overlaps and gaps were. Through collaborative workshops, we defined Zeyro’s core messaging pillars: enablement, transparency and pragmatism. These became the foundations of the new brand.
