Lyon Tech is a London-based technology services company providing managed IT, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity specialists in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) & M&E (Media and Entertainment) sector. While the team had a strong technical reputation and loyal clients, increasing competition meant visibility became the challenge, making organic search a critical channel for long-term growth.

The problem
By 2024, Lyon Tech’s organic search performance was improving, but progress was being capped. The existing website carried technical debt, limited flexibility for SEO best practices and struggled with crawl efficiency and mobile performance. Alongside this, Lyon Tech had built a large library of historic content that required a renewed approach to keyword intent, internal linking, and search visibility, to ensure valuable expertise was discovered.

The solution
We delivered a long-term SEO content strategy alongside a full website rebuild on Webflow to create a platform built for organic growth. The rebuild improved site structure, crawlability, mobile performance, and internal linking. Alongside this, we re-optimised historic content, created new SEO-led content, and applied ongoing optimisation to build authority and improve performance over time.
