Gritty Talent is working the forefront of inclusion in the creative industries. Through a focused workshop and thoughtful copy, we shaped messaging that clearly communicates who Gritty Talent is, what it offers, and why it matters.

The Process

We began with a collaborative workshop to unpack the “corporate arm” of Gritty Talent: what it offered, who it served, and what truly set it apart. From here, we developed a comprehensive editorial identity, ensuring the brand's values, tone of voice, and positioning were embedded from the inside out.

Over the course of the project, we:

  • Crafted a “Who We Are” accelerator pitch that clearly and confidently articulated Gritty’s proposition to a professional audience
  • Proposed a refreshed service structure, grouping offerings in a way that aligned with how clients think and buy
  • Wrote editorial descriptors for each service, including one-liners and short blurbs for marketing use
  • Developed a suite of key messaging statements to be used across digital, pitch, and presentation material
  • Created a strategic brand pyramid to anchor all future communication
  • Proposed a homepage design structure, shaping how Gritty’s corporate work could sit on its site in a clean, compelling way

Gritty Talent now has a defined, confident editorial identity for its services - one that mirrors the strength and value of its offering. The new messaging balances warmth with authority and clarity with character. It gives internal and external teams the tools to speak consistently and impactfully about the work they do and why it matters.
